Janet Walker: We are all heartbroken over the loss of our talented accompanist and wonderful friend Janet Walker who has been with us since the choir’s inception in 2008. Janet was a much-loved and valued member of our choir family for many years. Her musicianship,
commitment and companionship meant so much to us all and we feel incredibly fortunate to have shared so many musical moments with her. For us, Jan was not simply our accompanist but an important part of the choir, helping to shape our rehearsals and performances and in so many ways bringing the music to life. We will greatly miss her presence, encouragement and wonderful contribution she brought to our singing.
